١٥٩- محمد بن عبد الله بن قاسم الزاهد سمع بقي بن مخلد يذهب إلى أن لا يقتل الزنديق حتى يستتاب وكان الأمير عبد الله بن محمد شاور في ذلك فأفتاه بقي بالاستتابة ووافقه على ذلك محمد بن سعيد الملون المتقدم ذكره آنفاً وخالفهما قاسم بن محمد فأفتى بن محمد وقال: فارق مذهبه ووافقني على مذهبي محمد بن سعيد، وإنما مذهبه الرأي أو كما قال، روى عنه خالد بن سعد.
