    ٧٣- محمد بن باز أبو عبد الله من أهل بلس أديب شاعر فقيه كان قاضياً ببلده وبه مات في سنة سبع وثمانين وخمسمائة. أنشدني ﵀ من قوله في لابس ثوب أخضر: وكم قائل لم يد وجدي ولوعتي ... أرى لك في خضر الملابس مذهبا فقلت له بل فاض دمعي صبابة ... فعادت ثيابي من بكائي طحلبا وصل الحضرة الإمامية في سنة سبع وستين وخمسمائة ومدحها بقصائد مطولة وقال من بركاتها المباركة. أنشدني منها قصيدة منها: نهضوا ليوم الفتح في صيابة ... بلغوا من الأبطال ألف [ملأم] لم يجتمع لقبيلة أمثالكم ... فهم الرجاء لمنجد أو متهم إن الأصول إذ [زكت أعراقها] ... [وافتك] طيبة الجنا والمطعم
