    ١٢٦١ - المبارك بن المبارك بن المبارك الكرخي أبو طالب الفقيه الشافعي (¬١): صاحب ابن الخل كان فقيها بارعا دينا مدرسا يكتب خطّا مليحا، درس بالنظامية بعد أبي الخير القزويني في سنة إحدى وثمانين وخمسمائة وكان ذا جاه وقبول. سمع أبا القاسم بن الحصين والقاضي أبا بكر. سمع منه عمر القرشي وأبو بكر الحازمي وتفقه به جماعة. توفي في ذي القعدة سنة خمس وثمانين وخمسمائة وله اثنتان وثمانون سنة.
