١١٧٨ - علي بن يعيش بن سعد بن القواريري أخو عبد الرحمن: وافر الهمة، كثير الطلب، سمع الكثير من ابن الحصين وأحمد بن الإسكاف وقاضي المرستان. سمع منه عبد الجبار ابن الشيخ عبد القادر وعلي بن أحمد بن وهب. بلغنا أنه خرج إلى همذان قاصدا أبا الوقت قبل قدومه بغداد فمات بهمذان سنة [ … ] وخمسين وخمسمائة.
