١١٦٣ - علي بن المظفر بن علي بن حسين أبو القاسم بن الظهيري والد الأعزّ: سمع هبة الله بن أحمد الموصلي وأبا الغنائم النّرسيّ وغيرهما وسمع منه عمر بن علي القرشي وتميم البندنيجي وابن الأخضر. قلت: روى عنه هو وأبو محمد بن قدامة. قال أبو محمد بن الخشاب: ولد سنة خمس وتسعين وأربعمائة. توفي في جمادى الآخرة سنة إحدى وسبعين وخمسمائة في الطريق فجأة.
