١١٠٥ - علي بن حمزة بن فارس بن عبيد الله الحراني أبو الحسن بن القبيطي: والد شيخنا حمزة ومحمد. قدم بغداد واستوطنها في سنة ست عشرة وخمسمائة وقرأ بها القرآن على أبي العز القلانسي وسمع محمد بن الحسين المزرفي. سمع منه ابناه وأبو المحاسن الدمشقي. توفي في جمادى الآخرة سنة ثمان وستين وخمسمائة.
