٨٦٢ - عبد الرحمن بن عمر بن أبي نصر بن علي الغزال أبو محمد الواعظ (¬١): سمع الكثير بإفادة أبيه وقرأ بنفسه على الشيوخ وكتب أكثر سماعاته بخطه وتكلم في الوعظ. سمع محمد بن ناصر ونصر بن نصر وابن الزاغوني وسعيد بن البناء وطبقتهم، وكان صحيح السماع ولكن أبا الفتوح بن الحصري كان سيئ القول فيه، يحذر منه، ويمنع الناس من السماع منه، ولا أعلم لأي شيء. ولد سنة أربع وأربعين وخمسمائة. وتوفي في شعبان سنة خمس عشرة وستمائة. قرأت عليه: أخبركم ابن البناء. (قلت: روى عنه الزكي البرزالي).
