٧٣٧ - ضياء بن أحمد، ويقال المبارك مكان أحمد، ابن الحسن أبو علي بن أبي القاسم النجار ويعرف بابن الخريف (¬١): ولد بمحلة النصرية ونشأ بها وانتقل إلى الجانب الشرقي وكان جارا للقاضي أبي بكر الأنصاري فسمع منه كثيرا، وسمع من أبي الحسين بن الفراء وأبي القاسم بن السمرقندي، وكان أميّا لا يكتب. أنبأنا أبو علي، أنبأنا محمد بن عبد الباقي، أنبأنا الجوهري. فذكر حديثا. توفي في شوال سنة اثنتين وستمائة. (قلت: روى عنه يوسف بن خليل والضياء عبد الواحد وابن عبد الدائم وعبد اللطيف بن الصيقل وأخوه عبد العزيز).
