    ٧٣٤ - صبيح بن عبد الله الحبشي الخادم العطاري: مولى نصر بن العطار الحراني التاجر وعتيقه، يكنى أبا الخير، حفظ القرآن وكتب بخطه الكثير من الحديث وسمع من ابن مولاه منصور بن نصر وبنفسه من أبي بكر بن الزاغوني ونصر العكبري وابن ناصر وابن المادح وأبي الوقت وخلق كثير، وحصل الأصول وكان خيرا. سمع منه إبراهيم الشعار وعمر بن أحمد بن بكرون وعلي بن الحسن ابن رئيس الرؤساء والحسن بن صصرى وجماعة. قرأت على داود بن يحيى: أخبركم صبيح أبو الخير، أنبأنا ابن المادح، أنبأنا أبو نصر الزينبي، وأنبأنا عاليا (أبو الرضا أحمد بن طارق بن سنان القرشي بقراءتي عليه). فذكر حديثا. توفي في صفر سنة أربع وثمانين وخمسمائة.
