٥٩٨ - الحسن بن هبة الله بن يحيى بن حسن أبو علي الشافعي بن البوقيّ (¬٣): تفقه بواسط على أبيه أبي جعفر وشهد عند القضاء وكان إليه الفتوى ببلده، وسمع بها أبا الكرم الأزدي وأبا عبد الله الجلابي وببغداد من أبي زرعة وابن البطي. ولد بعد العشرين وخمسمائة وتوفي سنة ثمان وثمانين في شعبان، أنبأنا قال: أنبأنا أبو زرعة. فذكر حديثا.
