٤٨٥ - إسماعيل بن علي بن علي أبو عبد الله بن أبي تراب القطان يعرف بابن وكاس: سمع أبا غالب بن البناء ومحمد بن أحمد الديباجي. قرأت عليه: أخبركم ابن البناء. فذكر حديثا. توفي في شوال سنة ستمائة وقد نيف على الثمانين. (قلت: روى عنه أبو عبد الله بن عبد الواحد أن يحيى بن عبد الرحمن الفارقي أخبره. والنجيب عبد اللطيف وابن النجار).
