٣٠٥ - محمد بن هبة الله بن كامل بن إسماعيل أبو الفرج بن أبي القاسم الوكيل بباب القضاة هو وأبوه (¬١): سمع أبا غالب بن البناء وبدر بن عبد الله الشيحي وأبا منصور بن خيرون وهبة الله ابن عبد الله الواسطي وأجاز له ابن الحصين، وعمر وحدث بالكثير. أنبأنا قال: أنبأنا بدر الشيحي. فذكر حديثا. ولد سنة اثنتين وعشرين وخمسمائة وتوفي في رجب سنة سبع وستمائة ودفن بمقبرة الشونيزي.قلت: روى عنه العز الحراني والنجيب عبد اللطيف.
