٣٠٣ - محمد بن هبة الله بن نصر الله بن محمد بن محمد بن مخلد الأزدي أبو المفضل ابن شيخنا أبي العباس بن أبي الكرم يعرف بابن الجلخت: أحد عدول واسط، من بيت حديث وصلاح، سمع جده نصر الله، سمع منه جماعة ببغداد سنة خمس وتسعين وخمسمائة لما حج وسمعت منه بواسط ونعم الشيخ كان. قال لي: ولدت سنة اثنتين وعشرين وخمسمائة. وتوفي في ذي القعدة سنة ست وتسعين وخمسمائة.
