٣٠٢ - محمد بن هبة الله بن يحيى بن حسن أبو العلاء بن أبي جعفر ابن البوقي الواسطي: تفقه على أبيه وتكلم في المسائل وأفتى وناظر فقهاء بغداد وسمع بها وسمع بواسط أبا علي الحسن بن إبراهيم الفارقي وأبا الكرم نصر الله الأزدي والقاضي أبا عبد الله محمد بن علي بن المغازلي وكان مؤثرا طلب الدنيا وخدمة السلطان، سمعت منه. ولد سنة تسع عشرة وخمسمائة وتوفي بنواحي الحلة سنة تسعين وخمسمائة في رمضان.
