١٥٩ - محمد بن عمر بن أبي بكر المقدسي ثم الدمشقي أبو عبد الله: يعرف بالقاضي، أقام ببغداد مدة مشتغلا بالحديث، سمع ابن شاتيل والقزاز ومحمد ابن يحيى البرداني ويوسف العاقولي وطبقتهم، وكتب بواسط عن جماعة من أصحاب خميس الحوزي وغيره وكتب بأصبهان عن أصحاب أبي علي الحداد وبلغني أنه استوطن سروج وأقام بها يحدث. توفي بها في جمادى الأولى سنة ست عشرة وستمائة.
