١٤٧ - محمد بن عبد السميع بن عبد الله بن عبد السميع بن علي أبو الفتح الهاشمي: من ولد سليمان بن علي عم المنصور، أبو الفتح بن أبي المظفر المقرئ الواسطي، شريف صالح عابد، قرأ بالقراءات على أبي بكر المناخلي وأبي البركات بن كروار [ … ] بالكوفة على عمر بن حمزة العلوي وسمع من خميس الحوزي والحسن بن إبراهيم الفارقي ونصر الله بن محمد بن مخلد وحدث بواسط الكثير وأقرأ. سمعنا منه وقرأنا عليه ونعم الشيخ كان. ولد سنة خمس وخمسمائة تقريبا. وتوفي في جمادى الآخرة سنة ثمانين وخمسمائة.
