١٢٥ - محمد بن عبيد الله بن محمد بن علي أبو الفرج بن أبي الأزهر الوكيل بباب القضاة:ولد بواسط وقرأ القرآن على شيوخها ثم استوطن بغداد وقرأ بها على أبي بكر محمد بن خالد الرزاز وسمع منه ومن منوجهر بن محمد وعبد الحق بن يوسف وله معرفة بالأمور الشرعية. ولد سنة ثمان وأربعين وتوفي في رجب سنة تسع عشرة وستمائة.
