١١٤ - محمد بن عبد الله بن الحسين بن أبي طلحة الإشكيذباني الهروي نزيل بغداد: طلب الحديث، وكتب وسمع بطريقه في همذان من أبي الوقت السجزي وهبة الله ابن أحمد بن السماك وببغداد أبا المعالي اللحاس وابن البطي وذي الطبقة وخرج إلى مصر وحدث بها ثم جاور بمكة، وأمّ بالحرم في مقام الحنابلة سنين، رأيته بمكة ولم يتفق لي السماع منه، وقد حدث بمكة بالكثير وسمع منه أهلها وغيرهم وكان صالحا. توفي في حدود سنة تسعين وخمسمائة.
