٩٦ - محمد بن سعد بن خلف بن سعد أبو شاكر الفقير التكريتي (¬١): كان صالحا، صحب شيخ الإسلام أبا الحسن الهكاري وسمع منه مصنفاته وتفقه ببغداد على أبي إسحاق الشيرازي وسمع منه ومن ابن النقور وعاد إلى بلده وعمروحدث الكثير وبنى رباطا للصوفية ووقف عليه. روى عنه عبد الله وأحمد ابنا المفرج ابن درع وعبد الله بن سويدة، وغيرهم. توفي سنة سبع وعشرين وخمسمائة في صفر وله خمس وتسعون سنة.
