٦٢ - محمد بن الحسن بن الحسين بن محمد بن إسحاق بن موهوب بن عبد الملك أبو الحسن وقيل أبو الفضل المنصوري الخطيب (¬١): من أهل سمرقند، شيخ فاضل فصيح مشهور ببلده بالعلم، تفقه ببلده على الحسن ابن عطاء السعدي وعلى عمر بن محمد النسفي وسمع من أبي المحامد محمد بن مسعود وكان معمرا. سمع أيضا من جماعة وحدث ببغداد سنة ست وسبعين. سمع منه محمد ابن محمود الحراني وأجاز لنا. توفي السمرقندي سنة اثنتين وثمانين وخمسمائة عن مائة وأربع سنين.
