٦٠ - محمد بن الحسن بن علي بن حمدون الكاتب أبو المعالي: شيخ فاضل أديب، من بيت رئاسة وكان له تقدم في أيام المستنجد بالله وهو مصنف كتاب «التذكرة» المشهور، سمع في سنة عشر وخمسمائة من إسماعيل بن الفضل الجرجاني روى لنا عنه ابنه أبو سعد الحسن وسمع منه أحمد بن طارق وأحمد ابن الحسن العاقولي. ولد سنة خمس وتسعين وأربعمائة وتوفي سنة اثنتين وستين وخمسمائة.
