٤٤ - محمد بن أسعد بن محمد بن حسين أبو منصور المعروف بحفدة العطار: من أهل طوس، فقيه شافعي، تفقه على أبي حامد الغزالي وله معرفة بالتفسير والوعظ، حدث ببغداد سنة إحدى وخمسين عن أبي محمد الحسين بن مسعد البغوي وأبي الفتيان عمر بن أبي الحسن الدهستاني وغيرهما، حدثنا عنه أبو أحمد عبد الوهاب بن علي الأمين وأبو محمد بن الأخضر. توفي بتبريز سنة ثلاث وسبعين وخمسمائة في رجب.
