٣٩ - محمد بن إبراهيم بن مسلم بن سلمان أبو عبد الله: من إربل قدم مع أبيه بغداد وسمعه من جماعة، منهم: هبة الله بن يحيى الوكيل ويحيى بن ثابت وأبو عبد الله خمرتاش حدثه عن العلاف.سألت أبا عبد الله عن مولده فلم يحققه وذكر ما يدل أنه في سنة تسع وخمسين تقريبا. قلت: أبو عبد الله روى لنا عنه أبو العباس بن الظاهري وأبو الحسين اليونيني وعلي بن عبد الدائم ومحمد بن يوسف الإربلي وعيسى المغاري وعيسى المطعم وعمر ابن طرخان ومريم بنت حاتم وجماعة. وتوفي في رمضان سنة ثلاث وثلاثين بإربل. قال ابن الدبيثي وابن عمه.
