١٥ - محمد بن أحمد بن عبيد الله بن حسين الآمدي ثم الواسطي أبو الفضل سبط ابن الأغلاقي:من أهل القرآن والحديث والتصوف، سمع ببلده من أحمد بن محمد بن حمدون المقرئ وأبي السعادات المبارك بن إبراهيم الخطيب والقاضي أبي علي الحسن بن إبراهيم الفارقي. قدم بغداد سنة ثلاث وثلاثين. كتبنا عنه بواسط وكان صحيح السماع. ولد سنة ثلاث وخمسمائة وتوفي في ذي الحجة سنة ثمان وسبعين وخمسمائة بواسط.
