٤١٠٤ - أبو عَوانَة، ويقال: أبو زَكَرِيا يَحيَى بن المُعَلَّى بن مَنصُور الرازِي: سكن بَغداد. سمع: أباه، وأبا الهَيثَم خالِد بن خِداش المُهَلَّبِي. روى عنه: أبو جعفر محمد بن عَوف بن سُفيان الطائي، وأبو محمد يَحيَى بن محمد بن صاعِد الهاشِمِي. أخبرنا أبو بَكر عبد الله بن مُسلِم الإِسفِرائيني، حدثنا محمد بن عَوف، حدثنا ⦗٢٣١⦘ أبو عَوانَة يَحيَى (¬١) بن مُعَلَّى الرازِي، حدثنا يَحيَى بن إِسماعِيل الواسِطِي، حدثنا إِبراهِيم بن سَعد، عن الزُّهرِي، عن أبي سَلَمَة، عن أبي هُرَيرَة قالَ: لَا يُقتَل أَحَدٌ لِسَبِّ أَحَدٍ إِلَاّ مَن سَبَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ.
