    ٣٧٤٥ - أبو عبد الله عَمرو بن شِمر، الجُعفِي، الكُوفِي: عن: أبي يَزِيد جابِر بن يَزِيد الجُعفِي، وأبي بَكر مُطَرِّف بن طَرِيف الحارِثِي. رَوَى عنه: أبو الحَسَن عَلي بن ثابِت الجَزَرِي، وأبو خالِد عبد العزِيز بن أَبان القُرَشِي. ليس بالقوي عندهم. سمعت أبا الحُسَين الغازِي يقول: سمعت أبا حَفص، يَعنِي عَمرو بن عَلي يقول: عَمرو بن شِمر، واهي الحديث، وكان يخطئ. أخبرنا أبو عُبَيد محمد بن أَحمَد بن المُؤَمَّل الصَّيرَفِي، حدثنا سَلمان بن تَوبَة، حدثنا عبد العزِيز بن أَبان، حدثنا عَمرو بن شِمر أبو عبد الله الجُعفِي.
