٣٧١٧ - أبو عبد الله قَيس بن عَباد، الضُّبَعِي: من بَنِي ضُبَيعَة بن قَيس بن ثَعلَبَة بن عُكابَة بن صَعب بن عَلي بن بَكر بن وائِل، البَصرِي: ⦗٨٤⦘ سمع: أبا حَفص عُمَر بن الخَطاب العدَوِي، وأبا الحَسَن عَلي بن أبي طالِب الهاشِمِي. رَوَى عنه: الحَسَن بن أبي الحَسَن أبو سعيد البَصرِي، ولَاحِق بن حُمَيد أبو مِجلَز السَّدُوسِي. حدثنِي عَلي بن محمد، حدثنا الحُسَين، يَعنِي ابن محمد، حدثنا إِسحاق بن إِبراهِيم، أخبرنا عَفان بن مُسلِم، حدثنا حَماد بن سَلَمَة، عن ثابِت البُنانِي، أن قَيس بن عَباد قال له مُطَرِّف: يا أبا عبد الله.
