    ٢٦٠٦ - أبو زَكَرِيا يَحيَى بن صالِح، الوُحاظِي، الحِمصي: سمع: أبا عبد الله مالِك بن أَنَس الأَصبُحِي، وأبا يَحيَى فُلَيح بن سُلَيمان الخُزاعِي. ليس بالحافظ عندهم. أخبرنا أبو العباس الثَّقَفِي، قال: سمعت المُهَنا بن يَحيَى، قال: سألت أَحمَد بن حَنبَل عن يَحيَى بن صالِح الوُحاظِي؟ قال: رأيته، ولم يَحمُده (¬١). أخبرنا عبد الله بن جامع الإمام الحُلوانِي بها، قال: سمعت أبا زُرعَة قال: حدثنِي يَزِيد بن عبد ربه قال: سمعت وَكِيع بن الجَراح يقول ليَحيَى بن صالِح الوُحاظِي: يا أبا زَكَرِيا.
