    ١٣٨٠ - أبو الجارُود زِياد بن المُنذِر، الثَّقَفِي: عن: أبي جَعفَر محمد بن عَلي بن الحُسَين الهاشِمِي، وعَطِيَّة بن سَعد أبي الحَسَن الجَدَلِي. ورماه يَحيَى بن مَعِين (¬١). رَوَى عنه: أبو عبد الله مَروان بن مُعاوِيَة الفَزارِي، وأبُو الحَسَن عَلي بن هاشِم بن البَرِيد العائِذي الكُوفِي. سَماهُ، وَنَسَبَهُ، وكَناهُ لَنا: محمد بن سُلَيمان، حدثنا محمد، يَعنِي ابن إِسماعِيل (¬٢). سمعت محمد بن يَعقُوب يقول: سمعت (¬٣) العباس قال: سمعت يَحيَى يقول (¬٤): زِياد بن المُنذِر أبو الجارُود كَذاب، يُحَدِّثُ عنه الفَزارِي بحديث أبي جَعفَر: "أن النَّبِي ﷺ أَمَرَ عَلِيًّا أَن يَثلَمَ الحِيطان".
