    ٤١٧٨ ز- صيفيّ أبو المرقع «٤» : ذكره ابن مندة، وقال: روى حديثه طلق ابن غنام،عن عمرو بن المرقع بن صيفي عن أبيه عن جده أن النبي ﷺ نهى عن قتل النملة «١» . انتهى. وفيه أوهام: أحدها: إعادة الضمير في جده على عمرو، وإنما هو على المرقع، والصحبة لوالد صيفي وهو رباح بن الحارث. ثانيها: قوله عمرو، والصواب عمر بضم العين ثالثها: النملة وإنما هو المرأة. والحديث على الصواب عند أبي داود والنسائي، وصحّحه الحاكم وغيره. وقد مضى في البراء.
