    ٩٦٤ - أبو بِشر، ويُقال: أبو عُبَيدَة عبد الواحِد بن زِياد، العبدِي، البَصرِي: سمع: إِسماعِيل بن سُمَيع الحَنَفِي، وأبا عُروَة الحَسَن بن عُبَيد الله النَّخَعِي، وأبا محمد سُلَيمان بن مِهران الكاهِلِي. رَوَى عنه: أبو سعيد عبد الرَّحمَن بن مَهدِي بن حَسان العنبَرِي، ومحمد بن الفَضل أبو النُّعمان السَّدُوسِي، وأبو عبد الله محمد بن عبد الله الرَّقاشِي. أخبرنا أبو العباس محمد بن إِسحاق الثَّقَفِي، حدثنا قُتَيبَة، يَعنِي ابن سعيد، حدثنا عبد الواحِد، وهو ابن زِياد أبو بِشر العبدِي.
