    ٦٠٧ - أبو الأَحمَر (¬١) الصَّلت بن قُدَيد، أو ابن قُوَيد، الحَنَفِي: سمع: أبا هرير عبد الرَّحمَن بن صَخر الدُّوسِي. حديثه في الكُوفِيِّينَ. رَوَى عنه: أبو اليَقظان عَمار بن محمد الثَّورِي، وأبُو أَحمَد عَلي بن ثابِت الجَزَرِي. سمعت محمد بن يَعقُوب يقول: سمعت العباس، قال: سمعت يَحيَى بن مَعِين يقول (¬٢): الصَّلت بن قُدَيد أبو أَحمَر، حَدَّث عنه عَمار بن محمد الثَّورِي، وعَلي بن ثابِت. قلت ليَحيَى: أن الصَّلت يُحَدِّثُ عن أبي هُرَيرَة؟ قال: نعم.
