    ٤٠٤ - أبو أَحمَد الكَلَاعِي، الدِّمَشقِي: عن: مَكحُول أبي عبد الله الهُذَلِي (¬١). رَوَى عنه: أبو يَحمُد بَقِيَّة بن الوَلِيد الكَلَاعِي حديثًا لا يُتابَع عليه. أخبرنا أبو نُعَيم عبد المَلِك بن محمد بن عَدِي الجُرجانِي، حدثنا أبو عُتبَة، يَعنِي أَحمَد بن الفَرَج، حدثنا بَقِيَّة، يَعنِي ابن الوَلِيد، حدثنا أبو أَحمَد، رجل كَلَاعِي من أهل دِمَشق، عن مَكحُول، عن واثِلَة بن الأَسقَع، قال: "ضَمِنَ رسول الله ﷺ المُقَدَّم على الدابَّة ثُلُثي ما أَصابَت وَهُوَ راكِبُهُ، وضَمِنَ الرّدف الثُّلُث" (¬٢).
