    ذكر محاصرة طغريل شاه كيكاوس سلطان الروم وفي هذه السنة سار طغريل شاه بن قليج أرسلان صاحب أرزن الروم وحاصر ابن أخيه سلطان الروم كيكاوس بمدينة سيواس، واستنجد كيكاوس بالملك الأشرف (¬٢) بن الملك العادل، فخاف عمّه طغريل شاه ورحل عنه، وكان لكيكاوس أخ اسمه كيقباذ فلما جرى ما ذكرناه سار كيقباذ واستولى على أنكورية (¬٣) من بلاد أخيه كيكاوس، وسار كيكاوس وحصره وفتح أنكورية وقبض على أخيه كيقباذ وحبسه وقبض على أمرائه وحلق رؤوسهم ولحاهم وأركب كل واحد منهم فرسًا وأركب خلفه وقدامه قحبتين (¬٤) وبيد كل واحد منهما مغلاق تصفعه به وبين أيديهم مناد ينادي هذا جزاء من خان سلطانه.
