    ١٢٢٤ - عبد الرّزّاق بن حمزة، أبو الصّفا، الطّرابلسىّ، ثم القاهرىّ (¬*) كان فاضلا، متقن الكتابة، بليغا فى التّجويد، جميل الهيئة. أخذ القراءات عن الجزرىّ، والكتابة عن ابن الصّائغ. وقرأ على ابن حجر فى «البخارىّ» (¬١)، ووصفه: بالبارع الماهر، الفاضل الأوحد، المفنّن. وقال: إن قراءته قراءة فصيحة، مخفّفة، مطربة. وسأل الله تعالى دوام النّفع به، وسمّى والده محمدا. والصّواب ما هنا. والله تعالى أعلم. ***
