    ١١٦٢ - عبد الرحمن بن الحسين بن خالد، أبو سعيد، النّيسابورىّ، القاضى (¬**) شيخ الحنفيّة فى زمنه. /سمع أبا زرعة عبيد الله بن عبد الكريم الرّازىّ الحافظ الكبير، ومحمد بن رافع. روى عنه ابنه عبد الحميد القاضى، وأبو العباس أحمد بن هارون. قال الحاكم: سمعت عبد الحميد، يقول: كثيرا ما كنت أسمع أبى يقول (¬٢): واخط مع الدّهر إذا ما خطا … واجر مع الدّهر كما يجرى وقال الحاكم أيضا: سمعت عبد الحميد، يقول: توفّى أبو سعيد يوم النّصف من جمادى الأولى، سنة تسع وثلاثمائة. رحمه الله تعالى. وقد كان بينه وبين ابن خزيمة منافرة، فلمّا مات أظهر ابن خزيمة السّرور، وعمل دعوة. سامحه الله تعالى. ***
