١١٢٦ - / عبد الجبّار بن أحمد، الملقّب زين الدّين (¬**) مفتى مازندان. وله كتاب «الخلاصة» فى الفرائض، مجلّد ضخم، أبدع فيه. وكان موجودا فى حدود الخمسمائة. وتفقّه على أحمد بن محمد اللاّرزىّ (¬٢). *قال عبد الجبّار: سألت ببغداذ إماما، عن معنى قول الفرضىّ فى مسألة: بنت وبنت ابن: للبنت النّصف، ولبنت الابن السّدس تكملة الثّلثين. ما معنى تكملة الثلثين؟ فقال: لأجل لفظ الخبر، وهو ما روى عن رسول الله ﷺ، أنّه سئل عن بنت وبنت ابن، فقال النّبىّ ﷺ: «فاجعلوا لبنت الابن فضل ما بينهما، تكملة الثّلثين». وهكذا عن ابن مسعود، رضى الله تعالى عنه، هذا الخبر (¬٣). ***
