    ١٠١٥ - عالم بن العلاء (¬*) صاحب «الفتاوى التّاتارخانيّة» المشهورة.قرأت بخطّ صاحبنا الفاضل البارع، أحمد چلبى بن قاضى القضاة حسن بن عبد المحسن، ما صورته: قال العبد الملتجى إلى رحمة الغفّار، المنتسب إلى الأنصار، عالم ابن العلا، عصمه الله من الزّيغ والهوى، وهداه إلى المنهج السّوا. ثم قال أحمد چلبى المذكور: هذه عبارة صاحب «الفتاوى التّاتارخانيّة»، فى أوّلها. انتهى. وأمّا أنا فلم أقف له على ترجمة سوى ما ذكر، وإن وقفت على شئ سوى ذلك ألحقته هنا، والله الموفّق للصّواب. ***
