٩٢٩ - سليمان بن داود بن مروان بن داود الملطىّ، صدر الدين ابن نجم الدين (¬*) تقدّم أبوه فى محلّه (¬١). درّس، وأفتى. وكان رجلا فاضلا، انتفع به بعض الطلبة. ذكره فى «الجواهر»، وقال: أنشدنى صاحبنا الإمام فخر الدّين السّنباطىّ الحنفىّ (¬٢) لنفسه، يعاتب الشيخ صدر الدين سليمان (¬٣): أترجع أحباب بنقص وذلّة … وترجع أعداء بفضل وعزّة إذا كان هذا فى الأحبّة فعلكم … فلا فرق ما بين العدى والأحبّة مات، رحمه الله تعالى، يوم الأربعاء، ثانى عشرين صفر، سنة اثنتى عشرة وسبعمائة، بالقاهرة، ودفن يوم الخميس، بالقرافة عند أبيه. رحمهما الله تعالى. ***
