    ٨٥٧ - داود بن مروان بن داود الملطىّ الفقيه العلاّمة، نجم الدين (¬*) ناب فى الحكم عن الحسام الرّازىّ، ودرّس بعدّة أماكن. وولى قضاء العسكر. وكان ذا مروءة وعصبيّة، ومعرفة بالمذهب. مات فى ثالث شهر ربيع الأول، سنة سبع عشرة وسبعمائة. ودفن بالقرافة.وهو والد صدر الدين سليمان الآتى فى بابه، إن شاء الله تعالى. ***
