٦٧٠ - الحسن بن خاص بيك، العلاّمة بدر الدين (¬*) ذكره فى «المنهل» فقال: كان جنديّا بارعا، عالما، مفنّنا؛ فى الفقه، والأصول، وله مشاركة فى عدّة علوم، وتصدّر للإفتاء والتّدريس (¬٤) عدّة سنين (¬٤)، وانتفعت به الطلبة، مع وجاهته عند الأكابر من الأمراء، وغيرهم، بحيث لا تردّ رسالته. قال المقر يزىّ، بعد ثنائه عليه: سمعنا بقراءته بمكّة، فى سنة ثلاث وثمانين وسبعمائة، «الصّحيحين»، ومات سنة ثلاث عشرة وثمانمائة، عن نحو ستّين سنة. قال السّخاوىّ: وسمّاه شيخنا فى «الإنباء»: محمد. والله أعلم. ***
