    ٥٤٤ - / إلياس بن إبراهيم السّينابىّ (¬*) كان رجلا فاضلا ذكيّا، سريع الفطنة، له مشاركة فى أكثر الفنون، وكان مداوما للاشتغال. وله «شرح» لطيف على «الفقه الأكبر» (¬١)، و «رسائل» متعلّقة بتفسير بعض الآيات، و «حواش» على «شرح المقاصد» للسّعد التّفتازانىّ. وكان حسن الخطّ، سريعه، قيل: إنه كتب «مختصر القدورىّ» فى الفقه، فى يوم واحد، وكتب «حواشى شرح الشّمسيّة» للسيّد الشريف (¬٢)، فى ليلة واحدة. وكان خفيف الرّوح، لطيف المزاج. وصار مدرسا بسلطانيّة بروسة، ومات وهو مدرس بها (¬٣). نقله فى «الشقائق». ***
