    ٣٩٣ - أحمد بن مضر (¬**) قال فى «الجواهر»: قال فى «الفتاوى» رؤية الله تعالى فى المنام، تكلّم فيه المشايخ، فقال أكثر مشايخ سمرقند: لا يجوز، حتى قيل لأحمد بن مضر: إنّ الرجل (¬٢) يقول: رأيت الله فى المنام. فقال أحمد: إنّ مثل الإله الذى رآه فى المنام كثير ما يراه الناس فى السّوق كلّ يوم. وقال أبو منصور الماتريدىّ: هو شرّ من عبادة الوثن. واستحسن جواب أحمد، والسّكوت فى هذا الباب أحسن. انتهى. ***
