٢٨٩ - أحمد بن محمد بن إبراهيم، أبو سعيد، الفقيه النّيسابورىّ (¬*) سمع إبراهيم بن محمد بن سفيان الفقيه، راوى «صحيح مسلم» عن مسلم، وأبا بكر بن خزيمة. سمع منه الحاكم أبو عبد الله، وأبو نعيم الحافظ. وكان شيخ نيسابور فى عصره، أقام يدرّس ويفتى على مذهب أبى حنيفة زمنا طويلا. مات ليلة الأربعاء، العشرين من شهر رمضان، سنة ثلاث وثمانين، [وثلاثمائة] (¬١) وهو ابن إحدى وتسعين سنة. رحمه الله تعالى. ***
