٢٧٣ - أحمد بن عمرو بن محمد ابن موسى بن عبد الله، القاضى البخارىّ (¬١) أبو نصر، يعرف بالعراقىّ (¬*) حدّث عن أبى نعيم عبد الملك بن محمد بن عدىّ الأسترآباذيّ، ومحمد بن يوسف بن عاصم البخارىّ، وغيرهما. ذكره الحافظ الإدريسىّ، فى «تاريخ سمرقند»، فقال: كان أحد أئمّة أصحاب أبى حنيفة رضى الله تعالى عنه، فى الفقه، وكان على قضاء سمرقند مدّة، وانصرف منها إلى بخارى. وعاش إلى سنة ستّ وتسعين وثلاثمائة، ومات ببخارى، رحمه الله تعالى. ***
