٢٥٤ - أحمد بن علىّ بن غازى ابن علىّ بن شير التّركمانىّ (¬**) وقال فى «الجواهر»: أحمد بن غازى، بإسقاط علىّ، والصحيح ما قلناه. قال صاحب «المنهل» (¬١): هو الشيخ العلامة، شهاب الدين، المحدّث. سمع من الحافظ الضّياء، وحدّث، وبرع فى الفقه، والأصول، والعربيّة، وكتب، وجمع، ورحل، وأفتى، ودرّس. وكان كبير القدر، عظيم الشأن. انتهى. وكانت ولادته سنة اثنتين وثلاثين وستمائة. ووفاته فى ثانى (¬٢) عشر ربيع الأول، سنة ست وتسعين وستمائة، رحمه الله تعالى. ***
