٢٥٣ - أحمد بن على بن على ابن هبة الله بن محمد بن على بن البخارىّ، أبو الفضل (¬*) ابن قاضى القضاة أبى طالب. شهد عند والده فقبل شهادته، واستنابه فى القضاء، ثم لما توفّى والده جعل إليه القضاء ببغداذ، وخوطب بأقضى القضاة، وبذل على ذلك مالا. ثم عزل، وبقى ملازما لمنزله، إلى أن توفّى، فى يوم الأربعاء، لأربع خلون من ذى الحجّة، من سنة تسع وتسعين وخمسمائة، رحمه الله تعالى. ***
