٨٨١ - يوسف (¬٤) بن محمد بن سماجة الدّانيّ، أبو الحجّاج.سمع من أبي عليّ الصّدفيّ، وأبي محمد بن أبي جعفر، وتفقّه به، وناظر. وكان مائلا إلى علم الكلام وأصول الفقه، مشاركا في الحديث. ولي قضاء بلده، وولي قضاء بلنسية بعد جعفر بن ميمون. وتوفّي يوم عيد الفطر وهو يتولاّه من سنة إحدى وستّين وخمس مئة، وولد سنة ثلاث وثمانين.
