٨٥٩ - يحيى (¬١) بن عبد الجبّار بن يحيى بن يوسف الأنصاريّ، أبو بكر المالقيّ، يعرف بالأبّار (¬٢). سمع أبا عبد الله بن أصبغ، وأبا جعفر بن عبد العزيز، وأبا عبد الله بن نجاح الذهبيّ بقرطبة، وسمع «صحيح البخاريّ» بإشبيلية من أبي الحسن شريح، وسمع من ابن العربيّ. وولي قضاء مالقة. وكان جزلا في أحكامه، مهيبا، ورعا، فقيها، بصيرا بالشّروط. حدّث عنه أبو سليمان ابن حوط الله، وأبو يحيى بن هانئ، وغيرهما. وتوفّي سنة تسعين [١٠٧ ب] وخمس مئة في ذي الحجة، وولد سنة ستّ وخمس مئة.
