٨٢١ - هارون (¬١) بن أحمد بن جعفر بن عات، أبو محمد النّفزيّ الشّاطبيّ. أخذ القراءات عن أبي مروان بن سيّار صاحب ابن الدّوش. وسمع من أبي الوليد ابن الدّبّاغ. ودرس الفقه على أبي جعفر الخشنيّ ولازمه سبع سنين، وعرض عليه «المدوّنة» مرّات ومهر عنده. وكان فقيها مشاورا، مستقلا بالفتاوى، فرضيّا حاسبا. له تواليف. استقضي ببلده فحمدت سيرته. حدّث عنه أبو عمر بن عيّاد، ومن شيوخنا ابنه أبو عمر، وأبو عبد الله بن سعادة (¬٢). وتوفّي في شعبان سنة اثنتين وثمانين وخمس مئة وله سبعون سنة.
